英文介紹：DSPG3 is a 322 amino acid secreted protein that belongs to the small leucine-rich proteoglycan (SLRP) family. Expressed in cartilage, ligament and placenta, DSPG3 may have a role in bone formation and in establishing the ordered structure of cartilage through matrix organization. It has been suggested that DSPG3 regulates fibrillogenesis by interacting with collagen fibrils and other extracellular matrix proteins.

保存條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.
Anti-Epiphycan抗體,*蛋白多糖3抗體封閉(Blocking)：
轉(zhuǎn)膜完畢后，立即把蛋白膜放置到預(yù)先準(zhǔn)備好的Western洗滌液中，漂洗1-2分鐘，以洗去膜上的轉(zhuǎn)膜液。從轉(zhuǎn)膜完畢后所有的步驟，一定要注意膜的保濕，避免膜的干燥，否則極易產(chǎn)生較高的背景。
用微型臺(tái)式真空泵吸盡洗滌液，加入Western封閉液，在搖床上緩慢搖動(dòng),室溫封閉60分鐘。對(duì)于一些背景較高的抗體，可以在4℃ 封閉過夜。
