　　為了保證滑觸線正常運(yùn)行，延長其使用壽命，在滑觸線投入運(yùn)行后，應(yīng)對其進(jìn)行定期檢修。　　1、 電刷： 應(yīng)根據(jù)移動用電設(shè)備使用情況每1—3個月檢查一次。重點檢查集電器電刷的磨損情況，若磨損量≥5mm時，必須更換。檢查時若發(fā)現(xiàn)電刷松動或發(fā)生磨損偏斜時，應(yīng)查明原因，及時處理。

　　4、 日常檢查：重點檢查軌道的平直度有無明顯偏差(大于20mm)、錯位，絕緣保護(hù)件有無脫落、斷裂、破損，不銹鋼“v"型槽有無翹起;軌道上有無異物及導(dǎo)電粉塵等。必要時應(yīng)檢測其絕緣電阻是否符合要求(相間絕緣電阻應(yīng)≥5MΩ)。
